ABOUT OUR YOGA CLASSES
Our Yoga classes combine breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building strength and flexibility with a mindful focus. The classes are meant to establish the foundation of the yoga practice with flowing movements and an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment.
Our classes are open to all fitness level as we offer variations and options to fit every body. Reserve your class: space is limited! |
RECOMMENDATIONS.
- Please arrive early so that class may start on time without disruption.
- Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach and bare feet.
- Bring your yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and something warm for final relaxation.
- Please talk to your instructor about any pre-existing physical condition. Teachers will do their best to provide modifications to suit your needs. Honor your body!
MEETING LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS.
- Meeting point is 15 min before class in front of the cafe Le Pain Quotidien inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there we'll walk together to the class location. Please arrive early so that class may start on time without disruption.
- Closest park entrance is W69th St. From there just walk along the path until you hit the major road with cyclists, cross it and keep walking with the big lawn (Sheep Meadow) on your right until you reach the cafe.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We may have to cancel a class in case of bad weather or other unexpected events. In case of cancellation you'll receive a notification by email no later than one hour before class, and a credit to reschedule another class with The Yoga Trail at your convenience. No refunds will be issued.
- If you can't attend class you should give us notice no later than one hour before the beginning of class, and we'll issue credit for you. If this doesn't happen unfortunately you'll lose your credit. Space in class is limited.
